Mesa Seniority List

The seniority integration process for our Republic and Mesa Flight Attendants is underway. This process is guided by the standards of federal law whereby both unions must comply with fair and equitable seniority integration and our own union’s policies on mergers and seniority integration. Therefore, the Association of Flight Attendants-CWA (AFA) and the International Brotherhood of Teamsters Airline Division (IBT) will adhere to the “date of hire” fair and equitable standard for integration.

The power of a “date of hire” seniority integration is:

• Each Flight Attendant retains the seniority they brought to the merger.
• We deny management the ability to divide us over disparate treatment of seniority and instead use our solidarity to focus on contract improvements.

You must advise our three Merger Reps by January 23, 2026 if you believe there is an error or discrepancy in your seniority information. If the bidding seniority information is correct, there is no action needed.
