Hotel Representatives investigate Flight Attendants’ complaints submitted to API Crew Care concerning overnight hotels provided by the company. Representatives are also responsible for reporting any decline in quality of a contracted property. The MEC Hotel Chair works with the company and ALPA to choose suitable properties when a contract is renewable or if continuing safety issues occur at a contracted property. Please remember that all complaints must be submitted to API Crew Care.
