Retired Mesa Contract Sections

With the phased implementation of JCBA  Articles, there will be provisions from the Mesa AFA Collective Bargaining Agreement ("Mesa Contract") that will begin being retired. This means that these sections/ or parts of those sections will no longer apply using Mesa language and you will need to refer to JCBA for the governing language. 

This list will be updated only as Mesa Sections are being retired.  If a section is listed here, then the sunset of that section is already effective. 

Section 9-  Uniforms: will be replaced by Article 21

Section 12- Probation: Replaced with probation language included in the JCBA

Section 23- Training 

Section 26-  General: Replaced by Article 22

Section 28- Commuter Policy: Replaced with updated language as defined in JCBA and communicated in previous implementations. Info can be found in Article 29
